About Us

I thrive on building relationships with new businesses and the people within them. I spent 4 years working in Hong Kong, more recently I was a Senior Director at CBRE, before setting up Rebase.

My first deal remains my favourite – selling the Royal Hotel, Kirkby Lonsdale. Equally memorable was my first 100,000 sq ft deal on behalf of Spotify, London.

Having previously worked at two of the largest global real estate consultancies in London and Shanghai, Nick and I founded Rebase after we saw an opportunity to provide SME’s with specialist advice on their office spaces and needs.

I am passionate about Rebase; the team we have built and the unique service that we provide.

I have worked in the London office sector for over 10 years. My career started at CBRE in the Landlord Advisory team. I quickly worked out my passion lies in advising tenants and subsequently joined the Knight Frank Tenant Rep team.

I love being able to work with a variety of different innovative businesses and enjoy building long term relationships.

I graduated from the University of Exeter in 2020 with a First in BSc Business Management with Marketing. I have since achieved an MSc in Real Estate Management, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor.

I have had the opportunity to work on a range of transactions from technical leasehold acquisitions to serviced office agreements.

I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Avison Young in 2020, and have worked in the Central London office market over the last 6 years advising a mixture of Landlords and Tenants.

I enjoy ensuring that Tenants find the best office solution with appropriate technology to meet their strategic goals.

Over 6 years spent working in the central London office market has meant I’ve worked with a variety of clients: from helping fast growing startups find their first office to providing strategic development advice to listed PLC’s.

I love solving client’s property problems with advice that is innovative, and always actionable.

I joined Rebase as an Intern in Summer 2022, and then continued to work part-time for Rebase whilst in my final year at the University of Nottingham where I studied Politics and International Relations.

I love learning about the ever-changing nature of the property industry and all the different aspects involved.

After graduating with a History degree from the University of Canterbury in New Zealand, I have spent the past 8 years in London working across different sectors such as Film and Television, and Fintech.

I enjoy learning about new industries and finding the connections between companies.

I graduated from the University of Exeter in 2023 with a First-Class BSc in Sociology and Criminology, joining Rebase as an intern in Autumn 2023. I am currently pursuing my Masters in Real Estate.

I look forward to collaborating with tenants to deliver real estate strategies tailored to their office space objectives.

Having qualified as MRICS Chartered Surveyor in 2007, I have gained invaluable experience with firms such as Deloitte Real Estate, BNP Paribas, DeVono and Thirdway Pulse. My skillset is wide-ranging and broad, covering acquisitions of conventional leasehold space, workplace consultancy, and managed office solutions.

After graduating with a distinction in MSc International Business Management from the University of Surrey in 2021, I have since gained valuable experience working in project management teams at BP & Harrods.

My background allows me to efficiently support the fast-paced and dynamic team at Rebase.

With 15 years of experience spanning office design and agency business development, I bring a unique, integrated perspective to solving complex property challenges. My focus is on working collaboratively with the Rebase team and our broad network to deliver innovative, tailored solutions for our clients.

Patrick O’Keeffe has over 30 years experience within the central London office market. He helped set up West End niche adviser Saxon Law and then property asset management company Lancer before GVA bought Saxon Law. He has held various senior roles at GVA and most recently at Avison Young. Patrick has an enviable track record representing high profile landlord and tenant clients.
