Hancocks are a traditional British brand, who were looking to change the way they operate their business and reach their client base. Their brief was to take up a self-contained building in Mayfair / St James, relocating from their previous retail location in Burlington Arcade but retaining their prestigious street presence.

Stonepeak (HQ in New York) wanted to acquire a prestigious European HQ office in the West End, London.
The business objectives were to take more space than initially required to manage uncertain future expansion, whilst subletting surplus space to mitigate initial costs.

Sanlam Investments

Leasehold disposal and licence acquisition
Sanlam occupied c. 20,000 sq ft of office space across 2 identical floors. Following a corporate restructure, the client decided to cut lease costs by disposing of a single floor.
Consequently, Rebase found enough demand in a tight market to create a situation where Sanlam could evolve their strategy and dispose of two floors, taking a cost-effective flexible office elsewhere in EC3.
