Who we are

Nick Brennan

I thrive on building relationships with new businesses and the people within them. I spent 4 years working in Hong Kong, more recently I was a Senior Director at CBRE focused on office tenants, before setting up Rebase.

My first deal remains my favourite - selling the Royal Hotel, Kirkby Lonsdale. Equally memorable was my first 100,000 sq ft deal on behalf of Spotify, London.

Will Zouche

Having previously worked at two of the largest global real estate consultancies in London and Shanghai, Nick and I founded Rebase after we saw an opportunity to provide SME’s with specialist advice on their office spaces and needs.

I am passionate about Rebase; the team we have built and the unique service that we provide. I enjoy advising dynamic independently owned companies and being part of their office journey.

Graduate Surveyor

I graduated from the University of Exeter in 2020 with a First in BSc Business Management with Marketing, and then joined Rebase the subsequent year. I have since achieved an MSc in Real Estate Management, and am looking forward to completing my APC in due course.

I enjoy learning about new aspects of property every day, and have worked on a range of transactions from technical leasehold acquisitions to serviced office agreements.

James Burton

I’ve always had a passion for real estate, and have spent over 12 years working in the central London property market. I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Knight Frank and began to specialise in the central London office market with a focus on Tenant Representation.

I love working with a broad range of companies, and advising on their real estate strategy.

Over 6 years spent working in the central London office market has meant I’ve worked with clients of all shapes and sizes: from helping fast growing startups find their first office to providing strategic development advice to listed PLC’s.

I love solving client’s property problems with advice that is innovative, and always actionable. On a personal level I am particularly passionate about sustainability in real-estate and how the built environment impacts occupier experience.

I joined Rebase as an Intern in Summer 2022, and then continued to work part-time for Rebase whilst in my final year at the University of Nottingham where I studied Politics and International Relations.

I love learning about the ever-changing nature of the property industry and all the different aspects involved.

Patrick O'Keeffe has over 30 years experience within the central London office market. He helped set up West End niche adviser Saxon Law and then property asset management company Lancer before GVA bought Saxon Law. He has held various senior roles at GVA and most recently at Avison Young. Patrick has an enviable track record representing high profile landlord and tenant clients.

Andrew Miles

Andy is CEO of Realla, the leading commercial property portal with over 1 million visits per month. He co-founded the business in 2014, and it 2018 it was acquired by the CoStar Group. Prior to Realla, Andy worked at British Land, and has broad property and 'proptech' experience.

Ranjeev Kumar

Ranjeev Kumar is a solicitor with over 20 years' experience. He has been a Partner in an international law firm for the past 10 years. Ranjeev advises on all types of domestic and cross-border real estate transactions, including sales, purchases, lettings, developments, financings and joint ventures. His clients include occupiers, landlords, developers and investors.
