How Did Rebase Add Value?

Rebase worked closely with ME+EM to source options that suited their unique brief, providing bespoke advice throughout the project to ensure that the clients needs were met. The Westworks (White City) was shortlisted, and after initial negotiations fell through, Rebase sourced an off-market alternative within their preferred building. Early on in their tenure, ME+EM required expansion space which Rebase engineered in the neighbouring premises to create a single 30,000 sq ft office.

Result/Outcome

ME+EM acquired office space in their preferred location that suited their specialist requirements, brand identity, and future growth plans. Rebase achieved an early rent review settlement, and fixed dilapidations costs.

We discovered Rebase via referral from Sweaty Betty – Rebase recently assisted the SB team with their office move. From the outset, they worked hard to ensure that they understood both the nuances of our requirement and the needs of our company (we were looking for space that could accommodate a photography studio, and therefore required ceiling heights of 3m+). Rebase negotiated on our behalf throughout the acquisition process and effectively navigated roadblocks we hit during early negotiations.

Despite these initial setbacks, Rebase continued to support us and ultimately sourced and acquired our new office in The Westworks. We would have no hesitation in recommending Rebase to other companies looking to re-evaluate their office strategy.
