How Did Rebase Add Value?

Rebase prepared a cost effective and impactful subletting strategy. The process we ran enabled Sanlam to dispose of the vacant 4th Floor first, whilst delaying completion on the 3rd Floor to allow them time to relocate into their new premises. Rebase seamlessly pivoted their advice from a traditional leasehold project to the acquisition of a flexible licence.

Result/Outcome

Sanlam saved in excess of £2.4m in property costs, utilising a single advisor across multiple property transaction types.

Rebase became our agent in late 2021 and their expertise was apparent straight away, not just in disposing of space but everything right through from lease management, property markets and marketing to customer service was excellent.

The personal commitment to achieving our objectives was faultless.  The flexibility and knowledge of not only the appointed person within Rebase, but the whole team at Rebase is impressive.  We have, as in many property projects, changed direction along the way throwing up new challenges.
