How did Rebase add value?

Rebase re-structured Waverton’s existing lease and gave advice on the exit of a subtenant creating space for L&C. Rebase utilised their connections by negotiating directly with L&C’s Landlord and were offered a lease surrender deal. We advised L&C that they should market the premises to leverage interest and secure more competitive terms.

What was the result?

Rebase sourced a new tenant within a month of a targeted marketing campaign, and despite aggressive Landlord intentions secured consent for a sublet which saved L&C £3.85 million.
