We consider serviced offices, traditional leases and cost-effective subleases. For the shortlisted options, Rebase negotiated a competitive best and final offer and provided financial analysis to assist with decision making.
Result/Outcome
Rebase identified a larger unit within the current office building which was more appropriate for the unique events held within the space. We negotiated a discount of over 55% (on retail price) and secured the competitive pricing for the desired term.
