How Did Rebase Add Value?

Rebase conducted an in-depth search of the West London commercial property market before shortlisting 33 Cavendish Square. Managed offices were new to the market, and this process therefore required expert flexible office and traditional leasehold advice which Rebase provided.

Result/Outcome

Rebase acquired a self-contained unit on a 3-year term, with a fit out tailored around IFX’s objectives. This included 72 desks, a range of meeting rooms and breakout areas, kitchen and a pool table.

We instructed Rebase at a point where we believed we were unable to extract any further value from our negotiations with the building manager, and were thrilled to see the team work tirelessly to secure an additional 30% reduction on our behalf. Rebase understood our position and were in constant communication with our team.
