How Did Rebase Add Value?

Rebase managed six business leaders and a corporate parent company throughout a complex leasehold office consolidation and relocation project. We sourced an extensive selection of options across Central London and hosted multiple viewing tours to generate a shortlist. To proceed, we provided tailored financial analysis, cost comparisons, and consultancy before Keywords selected their building. 

Result/Outcome

This project required authority to manage multiple companies through the entire process. Financially, we secured a fully fitted premises and negotiated a new lease with 26 months rent free (15 months rent free above market) and a lease break at Year 5.

When we retained Rebase, we were looking to consolidate our London based Marketing Services Studios and take office space that allowed us to collaborate under one roof as well as provide a home for our London based Keywords Studios employees. Rebase understood our requirement from the outset and worked with us to further develop our brief and ensure that the options they presented would not only work for us now, but also in the years to come.
