Having occupied their existing office for 10 years, Synthomer were approaching their office project with a new team involved. Rebase helped them create a detailed brief and select the best suited sub-markets for their employees, leading to a Victoria search. We shortlisted and negotiated on three buildings, identifying Greycoat Stores as the building best aligned to their brief.
What was the result?
Synthomer were able to maintain their office occupancy costs, despite the rising rental market, by relocating to a Grade A premises in Victoria. The CAT A premises enabled them to customise and design their new office which has helped encourage employees back to the office.
We retained Rebase and they delivered exactly what they said they would do in their pitch and once the new building was secured they used their best in class connections to provide a full turn key service – we would happily recommend them to other businesses.
